I’m chief of my own company, my business is buying fresh fish in south Asia and then sell it frozen in Europe. It’s quiet good. Nowaday, people don’t have much time to go everyday in a market, and prefer have in them frigos something just ready to be cooked. It’s a good business, I can’t complain.Anyway, to be always at the top in spite of my competitors, I have to choose the best fresh fish, and the best varieties: there, in India or Sri lanka, the quality is high, but often I’m in troubles with the language.
